International Bethlehem To File Notice of Objection with CRA

West Vancouver, British Columbia â€" February 16, 2010 â€" International Bethlehem Mining Corp. (the â€śCompanyâ€ť) reports that it has been in discussions with the Canadian Revenue Agency (â€śCRAâ€ť) for an extensive time regarding a dispute concerning the renunciation of certain flow through share expenditures principally from 2003 and 2004 (which dispute has been previously disclosed by the Company in its financial statements). CRA has recently provided the Company with its Notice of Reassessment for the fiscal years affected and has not accepted a portion of the Companyâ€™s flow through share expenditures that were previously renounced. The Company has reviewed CRAâ€™s Notice of Reassessment with it professional tax advisors and has decided to proceed with the filing of a Notice of Objection to appeal the reassessment by CRA.
